I had been atheletic all my life but was total skinny, then 3 of years back i decided to completely get into fitness, know more about how our body works, know how nutrition plays important role in our fitness and overall health. And succesfully made my own transformation. And now helping others to get their dream physique, because i believe that if a skinny kid can be a jacked up dude, you too can become from fat to fit, or lean to fit with my experience and knowledge.
