In Accountancy, there's a technique of solving every problem which once learnt can only be made perfect with practice. Just like car driving, once we learn the technique it's only the practice that will make you attain mastry over it. My advice is when you attempt one question,attempt atleast 10 questions similar to that one to give you flow and reduce the time required to complete it.

Raj Yoga is known as the “royal path” of yoga. It mainly deals with the mind and meditation. The purpose of Raj Yoga is to control our thoughts, emotions, and mental restlessness so that the mind becomes calm and focused. Through this, a person can experience inner peace and self-realization.
It is called Raj Yoga because just like a king (Raja) rules and controls his kingdom, in the same way, Raj Yoga teaches us to rule and control our own mind. When the mind is under control, the whole life comes into balance, just like a kingdom works smoothly under a good king.

Rājayoga (राजयोग) literally means the "royal path" of yoga. It is considered the king of all yogas, because it leads directly to mastery over the mind and ultimately the self. Let me break it down clearly:
Rāj = King / Royal / Supreme
Yoga = Union (of individual consciousness with the Supreme or the universal consciousness)
So, Rājayoga = the royal path to union with the divine or the self.

I think lack of conceptual guidance is there. Because of it students just mug up the subject instead of learning it. Hence they face several issue while attending the exams.
Teachers should know the mind set of students and their environment. Then after instead of traditional approach he/she should change the methodology accordingly.
I am using this from past many years and getting good results like 100/100 marks of my students in board exams.
