It is tripod between learner ,tutor and urban pro platform,here as an independent tutor you get coins as lead ,without hectic schedule.You are the master of your work .Urban pro acts a connecting link with student.

Here amount is weekly shared ,without any delay with t/c as accepted by tutor ,in this way it is legitimate.

Most of the parents have studied offline. They are not familiar with online classes , and they think online classes leads to distractions as the student can easily switch to other apps. And most importantly its affecting the eyesight and overall thinking of child.

There are specific four reasons which i observed

1. Student play games after joining the class or use social media.

2. Talk to friends and WhatsApp group chats

3. Lack of concentration of Student and teacher both due to camera off 

4. Parents do not want too much screen time

Gravity is most likely quantized, but a minority serious proposal says it stays classical with random coupling to quantum matter.Either way, the universe remains fundamentally probabilistic because quantum mechanics already introduces intrinsic randomness
