They design the safe and effective programme.Provide guidence to students to help them to achieve personal,health fitness goal.To avoid injury or damage to student while practicing exercise.The client should comfortable.They should respond in emergency situation and take help of health professional.

They don't want you to know that you do not need them. They don't want you to know that their real objective is to keep you coming back, not getting you in shape. It depends on the gym that the personal trainer is employed by.

If any personal trainer is practising the business to make the same client come back to them again and again then they are just falling at what they do and losing trust of good people and wasting their money. read less
