Tutor partnership usually means a collaboration between a tutor and an online tutoring platform. The tutor creates a profile on the platform and offers teaching services, while the platform helps connect the tutor with students who are looking for classes. Through this partnership, tutors may receive student enquiries, visibility, and tools to manage classes or communication. Sometimes the platform may charge a small fee for providing these leads and services, but it helps tutors reach more learners online.

Listen: if fundemental randomness exists, the universe is allready playing dice. It doesn't need the 4D strucure to hold its hand or "meet" for tea. Randomness is the king; the structure is just the wavy rug he stands on. And darling, calling QFT "classical" is like calling a hurricane "orderly"—it’s twitching even as we speak. But really, bless your soul for thinking you grasp 4D. You're out here talkin about it like it's just a 3D box with a hat on, when you're actually just a flat fish trying to understand what "up" means.

You do NOT need both conditions.
Fundamental randomness alone already gives a probabilistic universe.
Planck-scale spacetime structure is independent of that question.
