As an instructor, my aim is to create a safe space for students, guiding and working with them on their individual journey. I started Yoga eight years ago primarily for weight loss and exercise but over the years the practice and journey has helped me evolve immensely in every aspect of my life. I have been dedicated practitioner ever since, certified 500+ hours and teaching for close to two years now in Mexico, Mysore and recently at a wellness resort in South Goa. I have been teaching 4+ years now, my classes are primarily Harsha based with a strong foundation of breath and stability. The classes will be accessible for beginner to intermediate practitioners.
