"I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Rohit Kumar, whom I hired as a yoga instructor through UrbanPro. From the beginning, the sessions lacked structure and clarity, and it quickly became apparent that he was not genuinely invested in teaching. There was no clear plan, guidance, or progression in the practice, and his disinterest showed throughout. I had paid him in advance for 12 classes, and he had clearly committed to conducting sessions in the morning at a mutually agreed time. However, after just 6 classes, he abruptly informed me that he had found a group class in the morning and therefore would no longer be able to continue with my sessions. This was despite the prior agreement and his assurance before taking the full payment. To make matters worse, he insisted that I pay for the sixth class and only refunded me for 5 of the remaining sessions. He was rude, dismissive, and offered no apology or professional closure. The entire experience felt exploitative and irresponsible. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone teaching yoga—a discipline that requires commitment, trust, and respect. I strongly urge UrbanPro to review his profile and take appropriate action. I hope no other student has to go through such an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. "
