I have always been keen on doing yoga & participating in many events which ultimately made me take up yoga as a profession. I am teaching yoga from past 6 years. I specialize in all types of asanas, pranayamas, meditation, relaxation and kriyas. I customize yoga regimes as per the client's needs and body type, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
I have done my 1 year P.G. Diploma in Yoga Teacher. 9 months experience in Ashtang Yoga, Power Yoga, Weight Loss program, aerobics, strength training, body tone (PCOD).
