If you feel it has been a hectic week, then that day we might focus on more relaxation techniques and some pranayama. Besides this, we can have more goal-oriented sessions as well like for example, mastering the handstand or focusing only on back bends, etc. No matter where you are at in your practice, whether you are a total beginner or someone who is an advanced practitioner, I can guide you step by step on how to attain certain postures such as splits or headstands, etc. I can teach you the basic foundation of these asanas and build you up from there till you reach a particular asana or I can help you with deepening a particular asana.
