I encourage everyone to come with an open mind and give variations so those who are new and those who have been practicing for a while – all experience the sessions at their own level of practice. The classes have asana holds, dynamic movements, flows (Vinyasa), breathwork (Pranayama) and elements of mindfulness (breath-awareness, meditation, introspection, guided relaxation). The sequences will enable building strength and flexibility in different parts of the body like the spine, hips, legs, shoulders, neck, arms, core region etc. Correct breathing pattern and mindfulness help with centring oneself and result in clarity of mind.
