So first I have to understand your level of fitness n start with basic yogic asanas n correct your posture.second level would be of increasing your flexibility step by step as how your body takes in n responds to the yoga taught. Only then things will slowly fall into place and u ll be getting flexible with REGULAR practice.its surely achievable. Trust me.U CAN. Nothing too impossible.
