योगासनों का अभ्यास करते समय इन बातों का ध्यान रखें

1- आसनों का अभ्यास करने के लिए जमीन पर एक अच्छा रबड़ मैट या आसन अवश्य बिछाएं ।

2- आसन करने का स्थान उचित हवादार होना चाहिए ।

3- आसन करने के लिए सबसे बढ़िया समय प्रातः काल का रहता है शाम के समय भी आसनों का अभ्यास हवादार और अनुकूल वातावरण में किया जा सकता है ।

4- आसनों का अभ्यास करने से तुरंत पहले कुछ भी ना खाएं ।

5- आसनों के अभ्यास अपने शरीर की क्षमता के मुताबिक ही करें ।

6- किसी भी आसन का अभ्यास करते समय जल्दबाजी ना करें ।

7-  प्रत्येक आसन के अभ्यास में क्षमता अनुसार थोड़ा समय अवश्य रुकें ।

8-  प्रत्येक आसन के अभ्यास के बाद थोड़ा विश्राम अवश्य करें
