Yoga has several flavours: Asanas which will mould your body to a slim and stable body. Rhythmic breathing is established here. Pranayama which will chanelise your breathing. Relaxation which will help you to absorb all energy you spent in doing Yoga. As you know Yoga targets both mind and Body. FOr most of the body problems, our mind will be the culprit and the breath adds more fuel to it. So by correcting breath you will calm and stabilise your mind and there by body. I can say health wil be the side effects of Yoga, as you prepare your body and mind with postures, pranayama. read less
