One of my greatest joys has been sharing the gift of yoga with others. I've volunteered with organisations such as Heart Fullness Yoga and Ramchandra Mission, where I've led yoga sessions. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to work with individuals, guiding them on their yoga journeys. My passion for yoga has also led me to excel in the field. I take great pride in being a Yoga National Champion, a recognition that motivates me to deepen my practice and understanding of yoga continually. I am actively involved in teaching yoga classes, specialising in Hatha yoga. I conduct these sessions offline, creating an environment where students can fully immerse themselves in the practice. Our classes run from 6 am to 9 am, providing a serene start to the day. Each session spans fifty minutes, allowing ample time to explore various poses and techniques.
