Yoga instructor with1year of experience, I have 6-7am & 4-5pm group batch going on

For weight loss it's important to be calorie deficit n with resistance training it will help u to loose fat n gain muscle....so resistant training can be done with yoga plus practising it will help u gain many other benefits

Only difference between two is yoga gives you long lasting results but it takes time to show those results, while exercising gives you prompt results which might boost your trust but once you stop exercising, all your progress will fade away. You will find yourself at start once again. So choose any, but keep in mind that regularity and satisfaction along with hard work can give you any desired result. read less
