Every personal trainer must know the right level of diet and training, he has to provide to his every clients, depending on their body types, strength, stemina, age and any medical issues if they have. Personal trainer must be equipped with empathy and motivation to take client to their desired results without exhausting them much. He must know when to give breaks in training, allow water intakes whehever necessary, which exercises suits clients, whether their clients are comfortable in his presence, etc. He must acquire flexible approach and change accordingly when needed. He should understand that his most important task is to give every possible satisfaction to client and not just to show off his knowledge. He must focus on progress of clients completely and shall not be demotivating even if certain client can not match his standard. He must be cheering them on their smallest efforts too, to give them motivation to enhance more growth.

You can get certified as a fitness trainer and then join a gym to start taking individual clients. When you start taking one on one class and start making changes in training, diet, etc. of clients according to their needs, you are said to be their personal trainer. Becoming a personal trainer is not a easy task. You have to be flexibile, motivating, caring to each and every client. Your trainings, timings, work habits all shall suit them and you have to be on your toes every moment. You have to make sure each client has his/ her own requirements, body shapes, stemina, strength and thus have to work accordingly making significant changes. It might exhaust you in beginning as you will find yourself in a rotating wheel everytime new change is occured. But if done passionately, personal training can give you both monetary benefits and job satisfaction.
