Yoga is not popular among Indian youth because Indian youth has no awareness and knowledge and importance of yoga practices like asanas,pranayam and meditation.They feel that yoga is very simple and spiritual practice as they have not experienced of yoga practice.They like other exercises of gymnastics dance Zumba and playing of  other sports.

The parents should advise them to do yoga and explain the importance,effect on body and mind  and its benefits.pranayam remove fear of examination  from mind.pranayam improve their memory and immunity.

Today it is understood that youth are taking interest in learning yoga.
