I am certified Yoga Teacher from Kavailydhama Yoga Institute Mumbai.I have passed yoga Education and yoga culture diploma courses from Kavailyadhama yoga Institute.I have been taught to students for 2 years at above institution (2005 to 2007).secondly I was yoga teacher at private company at Thane. more than 6 months.I was reputed by above mentioned institution.I have taught many students and patients at their home referred by above institution.I am taking yoga Tuition at students home for last 20 years.I have taught various types of students I.e.High BP.and sugar and cervical problems.I have given related Asanas ,pranayam,meditation to them related to their problem.I have taught a 76 years student at his residence.This patient was taking medicine for sugar and High BP and chlorostol.Only after 6 months practice of yoga Doctor has reduced medicines as his sugar level and BP comes down.Many students are benefited through regular practice of yoga

To score marks in CBSE jn class 10 is though not easy but it is possible through structured study plan focussing on NCERT textbooks,practice sample papers,previous question papers,make revision notes for easy reveiw.Practice regularly.Maintain health routine.Sleep well,be positive and take rest.Examination day tips-Read instructions carefully,manage time during examination and write Clearly answers.

Exercise is focused primarily on physical fitness and building strength and increase flexibility by streching movements and can be done strenuous practice.Yoga is a systematic and practice of asanas,pranayam and meditation.It increases flexibility ,Strength and stamina.and relaxing mind and remove stress.Yoga also cure certain diseases and control on it.Yoga and exercise can be done after gap of half and hour between these two.After doing yoga body become relax and calm and after exercise there is sweat and require rest as the muscle become tired.

Sivananda yoga is a Holistic system with structured sequences of poses incorporating meditation, breathing and chanting.while Iynger yoga emphasis on Alignment and uses props to achieve it.Sivananda is less about rigorous Physical details focusing on five points of yoga ( proper exercise ,diet,relaxation and breathing and positive Thinking).Iyenger yoga focusses on body physical structure and asanas.
