Yoga is a union of body mind and soul. Hatha yoga- ha represents physical tha represent mental. It's main purpose is to bring a complete balance between both physical and mental bodies. Power yoga is an intense workout to strengthen your core and abs.yoga is a combination of 8 limbs it focuses on phylosphy and dhyana more and hatha yoga focuses on holding asana for long duration and the cleansing techniques more. power yoga is a fastly asnana changing prectice finding with the balance and correct breath patern.
