Of course! Yoga is not about religion. It is a way of life. The main aim of yoga is to unite oneself with the universe. In yoga, we believe that everything is one and the whole world is one family. Religion has nothing to do with practicing Yoga. Anyone and everyone is welcome to learn Yoga.

What is the difference between Yogasanas and other exercises?
In yoga asana all the movements are very slow, steady, smooth, rhythmic, like a poetry. Where as in exercises all the movements are fast that increases your heart rate. In Yogic practice your heart rate does not go that high.
