Yoga tutor at home teaching since 20years

Music is one of very important art which remove stress from mind and relax mind.If we use music in yoga class our mind become more focused on yoga and divert any negative thought come in our mind while doing yoga.

I personally don’t prefer music. I find it distracting. During the practice I prefer that my breathing be the “music”.

I feel the source is a vibration a sound, the deeper frequencies such of flute, conch, Veena, tanpura etc protects the senses to turn fully outside, instead helps in introverting them as a result practice becomes more connected to the present moment.
