Yoga Nidra techniques I believe Yoga is for everyone irrespective of their present health condition; it is non-intimidating and benefits us the most when practiced in a gentle manner. Therapy Yoga is introduced to beginners at first so that Spinal Cord can be strengthened, Lung capacity is improved through Pranayama and eventually general health improves. Ashtanga and Vinyasa are stronger forms of Yoga and is to be practiced only when the back is strong. The class is customized based on the need and requirement of specific student. Each class is followed by Yoga Nidra/ Meditation; this gives us ample space to relax very deeply( longer the duration, deeper the rest). Today's time makes our mind function fast and this speed is the root cause for 90% of diseases, All of it can be taken care of with steady and regular Yoga practice. Practicing Yoga makes us physically and mentally strong, yet at the same time we experience relaxed state of mind, and once the mind is relaxed we have more energy and vigor to do all the tasks assigned to us.
