Yoga was introduced to me at a very early age, as I saw my parents practice it regularly at home. At 19, though I professionally started out as a yoga teacher, I switched my career to flight attendant to pursue my childhood dream. Later, I realised that yoga is my true calling, hence within no time I got back to Yoga. I started exploring the practice and it became an experience of growth, expansion of awareness, conscious living, finding my calm in chaos. I clocked mandatory 200hrs Registered Yoga Teacher training from Yoga Alliance. My educational background includes B.Sc. & P.G Diploma as a Nutritionist with a P.N. (Precision Nutrition) certification from the USA. Through the years of learning and teaching, I underwent courses like Pranic healing, Accessbars, Marma Chikitsa. I am also a certified Pre-natal & Post-natal teacher and have been actively practising and conducting sessions since 2016.
