You cannot really compare if you've a goal in mind to choose. If you want to lose weight then power yoga and hot yoga are good options but if you're looking for mental health, increase mind stability, then traditional yoga or hatha yoga is the one. It all depends on what you're looking for.

Choose yoga according to your purpose, because we can't compare one type of yoga to another.

It's an simple choice if you wanna lost weight faster make your body in shape than you must go for power yoga but your goal is just weight loss than go for hot yoga it is more effective in weight loss
