People in the corporate have a sitting job; therefore, there is a tendency for the neck and shoulder to be strained, for this neck and shoulder relaxing things are to be done.
Bhramari pranayama, eye exercises, Nadi Shodhana pranayama or anulom vilom pranayama is quite helpful too.
Also, their posture has to be changed every half hour.
If a person is sitting since long, let them stand for 5 minutes and then rest.
