My teaching journey began after completing my B.Sc. in Computer Science and B.Ed., followed by a Certification Course in Yoga and a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Certification from Anitha Yoga Academy. These courses have helped me gain a deeper understanding of yoga as a therapeutic practice and equipped me with the practical skills needed to support diverse students.

Over the past 2 years, I have worked with individuals of different age groups and health conditions. My experience includes helping students manage symptoms related to autism, PCOD, thyroid imbalance, and prenatal stages. I also conduct sessions for height improvement and general conditioning, tailoring each class to meet the specific needs and goals of my students.

What sets my classes apart is the personalized attention I provide. I believe that every person’s body and health journey are unique, and my role is to support them with customized routines that fit their lifestyle and current abilities. I constantly encourage mindfulness, correct posture, and breath awareness as keys to unlocking the full benefits of yoga.

I offer both online and offline sessions, giving students the flexibility to learn from the comfort of their homes or attend in-person as needed. Whether you're a beginner or someone dealing with specific health concerns, my goal is to create a nurturing and safe space for learning and healing.

Seeing my students progress, gain confidence, and experience positive changes in their physical and emotional health has been the most fulfilling aspect of my teaching journey. Yoga isn’t just an exercise—it's a way of life, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
