I am so thankful for the prenatal yoga classes with Maneka. She is not only a skilled teacher but also a kind and caring person who truly understands what each pregnant woman needs. I can't thank her enough for her guidance. Because of her classes, I had a smooth, natural delivery and I gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Every session included stretching, sitting and standing poses and pranayama. She modified some poses for my comfort as my belly grew. She also ensured that I get full benefit of each asana. Her guidance was not limited to only yoga classes, she also gave helpful tips for each trimester. Pranayama was the best part of her classes. The breathing exercises taught me how to focus on my breath. It was very helpful when I was in labor. I felt more in control and focused during delivery process. At end of pranayama session, she made me talk to my baby in the womb. That experience was truly amazing. I had a great pregnancy and delivery experience and Maneka's classes played a big role in it. For anyone who is pregnant or planning for a baby, I highly recommend taking her prenatal yoga classes. It will prepare your body and mind for childbirth.
