The experience I had it can not be explained but it can be experienced. Certain changes I observed in me: 1. What I say I do now. 2. My health is good. 3. My mind is in peace. 4. Self control has increased. 5. Have more love and compassion for others. 6. Showing gratitude to others more than before. 7. I am living in present now. This is the real key of happiness i have ever found. 8. I do not talk much now. 9. I accept the thing as it is now. 10. I have more patience now. 11. More over do things following middle path.
