There are simple yoga Asanas ,Pranayam for beginners to improve flexibility , stretching and removal of stress. Sukhasana,Balasana,Vraksasana,Tadasana,Cat and Camel position,Marjarasana.Badrasana,Adho mukh Swanasana. Etc.
