Myself a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) graduate in 2018. In addition, I have completed the Pranavidyalaya Yoga Pranic Healing course, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to promote health and awareness through yoga. I started teaching yoga in 2012, focusing on therapeutic yoga for patients with diabetes, thyroid issues, hypertension, weight loss, and PCODs. Later, I worked as a Yoga Teacher at the Asana Andiappan Yoga Centre. However, I eventually ventured out and opened my own
clinic in Naturopathy and Yoga in Anna Nagar.
I have conducted many webinars and yoga camps for awareness, with the largest being a 300-person yoga camp. Additionally, I have taught yoga to MNCs for group classes and trained over 5000 clients. I have received several awards for my efforts, including the Participation Award, Lions Club Award, and Social Awareness Award. I offer Hatha, Power, and Therapeutic yoga classes for diabetes, hypertension, weight loss, and all age groups.
I provide naturopathy treatment and practical training as well. I offer online and offline courses, making it convenient for clients to attend from anywhere. Promoting health and wellness through yoga is my passion, and I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to teach and help others. My clinic is open to anyone seeking to improve their overall health and well-being, and I am committed to providing the best possible care to all of my students.

Yes, 30 minutes of yoga a day is enough to lose weight. As long as you practice consistently and regularly, about 3 to 7 times a week, you should see a change in your weight at some point. Those with higher weights are more likely to see results faster since it takes more effort to move their bodies.
