Everybody has a different body .

Some get flexible in a month while some struggle for a long time.

But if you practice consistently everyday you will get quiet  better in two to three months.

Take five asanas and try to master them for a month or so till the time you are unable to do them perfectly.

Don't try to do all the asanas in the starting

For example: if you can't touch your feet, then try to touch your feet for many days.

For that try doing paschimottanassna, hastapadasana, janusirsasana .
