Yoga needs energy to perform and while feeling hungry, you won't be having sufficient amount of power and concentration to practise yoga. Your will power will be at lowest when you are hungry and thus you won't have zeal to perform yoga poses with that much efficiency. So your yoga session will go useless. read less
