Meditation is a not a destination it's a practice which should be a lifestyle and not to be practiced just for sake of doing. There are some practices and discipline one need to follow to reach to the state of Mind to be able to meditate. It will happen only when we start, we begin. Then why to wait for doing good. Yoga is shastra. 70% ethics and 30% asna. Yoga teacher must be follower of yogic lifestyle. Thus the essence of yogic philosophy can be spread.
