Physical- balance, strength, flexibility, works on all systems of body, endurance, etc, psychological- reduces - stress, anxiety, anger improved -concentration, awareness, emotional- transcends emotions, inspire positive thoughts,etc, social- social well developed, good behaviour with people, spiritual- opens intuition, awakens spiritual consciousness.
