In my opinion with only yoga or any type activity, you can't loose weight/fat. You have have to be in calorie deficit to lose weight. Controlling portion size will also help in creating deficit.

Yoga is very powerful for loosing fat.The important asanas must be done for reducing fat.Setunandasana ,chakrasana ,Trikonasana.surya namakar raising legs both at 30 degree and holding 30 counts and Asanas with repetition should be done.fast technique of konasana.
