With a degree in Pharmacy (b.pharma) and certifications in personal training and Yoga, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. In my opinion with only yoga or any type activity, you can't loose weight/fat. You have have to be in calorie deficit to lose weight. Controlling portion size will also help in creating deficit.
