Real Meditation is possible when you are relaxed or at-least close to relaxed state, not when you are stressed. Please try to know the causes, root cause for your stress and work on the solutions ( Ex:- Taking necessary actions, Healing, Taking rest, Break from work, changing the place, Using relaxation techniques etc ) before starting with meditation. Thank you

Hi !Stress is of Different types and depends and varies from Person to person and situations.To mention few Stress cab e related to Work or Job ,Social Stress or relationship Stress.I would suggest you give proper type of stress you are facing so we as consultant can work out and suggest guidelines.It is like Just saying i am not well to doctor he can not suggest treatment, we need to further elloborate the situation.As solutions are different for each problem,you may post to anyone in the forum directly or to me and get the appropriate answer.Hope the experts agree with me

focus on a candle flame from a distance of two feet parallel to your eyes, and look at the flame till your eyes can, than close your eyes and observe the after image...repeat it three to 4 times twice a day, definietly your brain power will increase and you can concentrate on anything...
