I am a pranayama and meditation teacher with experience of more than 6 years . I am specialised in treating cancer patients . What i teach is deep breathing exercises and meditation in my online classes and effective stretches for all age groups , young or old ; moniteration of every person individually with specialised exercises according to the needs and capabilities, specialization in the field of pain managment , teaching of breathing techniques, planning of routine , choosing of different excercise and movements for each set of muscles etc. My goal is to make the class as interactive and effective as possible and to help my clients to breathe in a right way whether it is releasing stress, treating life style disorders, improve concentration or fighting any ailment .
