Mental health and meditation

"I have taken treatment from doctor for mental illness, the techniques which were taught were helpful to forget my past mental pain of job loss. Doctor patiently listened to all my concerns and suggested techniques and solutions to recover, visualization and positive affirmation techniques were taught on daily session to improve mentally which was more effective, I would strong recommend those who faced traumas like losing job to learn from doctor to overcome severe mental challenges and you will recover fully, provided you practice the techniques which are to be done daily consistently. Thanks doctor for giving treatment for my mental health issues and teaching several techniques which I should practice daily. "

In a calm environment and with no sound can be more beneficial .you should practice for short duration and frequently, thrice in a day.
