Since my childhood, I have always been attracted towards yoga and mindfulness. I had the opportunity to attend various yoga camps as a child. This deep interest had led me to do a bachelors degree in yoga from DSVV, Haridwar. After the completion of my degree, I have seen a great change in my lifestyle and my mental space.
