I have done 1-year PG Diploma in Yogic Study Course in Yoga, along with teaching people yoga for the last 5 years, the urge to know Yoga brought me to the Bihar School of Yoga Munger from where I did a 4-month Yogic Studies course. There I got to know the importance of Hatha Yoga as well as Raja Yoga in which I got a chance to see and understand the effects of Yoganidra inter-silence Ajapa-Japa. After this I have done a 1-month Yoga Instructor's course in Yoga from SVYASA Bangalore and I am doing MSc in Yoga from here. I felt the positive effects of Yoga Nidra within me and I benefited greatly from it, so I have been teaching Yoga Nidra to my practitioners for a long time. Yoga Nidra has benefited them overcome stress, anger, anxiety as well as other diseases.
