An extremely hard-working person, he believes in the virtues of patience and perseverance. He is of the opinion that one should walk the middle path, neither let joy elate you nor allow sorrow to grieve you. A fitness and health exponent, he has been a part of this industry for 13 years. He pursued his interest further by practising as a Fitness consultant and personal trainer. He realised the magic of Yoga when it cured him of severe backache which he had, due to an injury. Hence, for the last seven years, he has been teaching Yoga and propagating it as a way of life to people.
