This makes me fortunate to learn yoga from all perspectives starting from Suryanamaskar, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Kriya, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Chanting, Yogic Diet, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, Basic Ayurveda Principles, Teaching Methodologies. This encourages me to ensure that my students are safe in my class mentally and physically. Currently taking a couple of personal classes and group classes.
