I have been teaching Yoga for over 10 years, working with individuals of all age groups and fitness levels. My aim is to help people experience the transformative power of yoga—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. For me, yoga is more than just a practice; it’s a way of life that promotes balance, awareness, and inner strength. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) three years ago and received my certification from US Airlines. This comprehensive training has equipped me with the skills to guide students safely through asanas, focus on alignment, and integrate breathing techniques and meditation into their daily lives. During my training, I was honored to receive the Best Student Award, which deeply encouraged me to pursue my teaching path with even more dedication. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with students who came to yoga with different goals—some to improve flexibility, some to reduce stress, others to build strength or find emotional balance. I specialize primarily in Hatha Yoga and Meditation, and I tailor each session based on individual needs and capabilities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enriching experience. I prefer conducting online classes, as they allow more flexibility and accessibility for my students, no matter where they are located. My sessions are practical, structured, and easy to follow. I usually design a simple lesson plan that includes warm-up sequences, yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided relaxation or meditation to conclude each session. In my teaching, I focus on building awareness in every movement and breath. I guide students patiently, ensuring they understand the purpose behind each pose, and encouraging them to listen to their bodies. My goal is not just to help someone master a posture, but to help them feel more connected—with themselves, with their breath, and with the present moment. Yoga is a journey, and I feel privileged to be a part of my students’ journeys. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I strive to create a space that supports your growth, promotes healing, and brings peace to both body and mind.
