I have been practicing meditation for about 8-9 years now, and teaching meditation to others mainly on probono basis. I am an engineer by education and novelist by profession but really a meditator by the very being. Meditation is not sitting for 15 minutes having your eyes closed, it is rather the very awareness of your being. To be Transforming, this awareness needs to be in each and every breath of one's being. And to achieve that, one must have the realization of one's own delusions. Mediation is the ultimate shattering of all delusions and the highest form of relaxation and I can help you reach there.

It boosts your immune system and prevents all types of illness and disease. Praanaayaam can be done before, during and after pregnancy and by all age groups. I also advise on diet and lifestyle. It is recommended that you should go for a minimum of 12 classes in a month of one hour duration and check the results.

Hey ppl , this yoga center charges very high, he charges 1500 pm for 4 days a week. You will end up paying extra 500 for every extra session for 30 min on weekend. He is a greedy bugger and only runs behind money , stay away from this guy. There are better yoga classes that are much better and do not charge as high as him, he is just greedy and only passionate about money and not yoga , shame on this guy
