Both help improve mood, reduce anxiety and depression, and can lead to a calm, balanced state of mind. But exercise is not a replacement for meditation, nor is meditation a replacement for exercise.

More then 7 years of experience to heal bad mental and physical health though yoga and meditation.

Depends upon the pourpose for what you are doing. If you are doing for mental and psychological peace than meditation is better choice but if you will do the combination of both it will be the the best option.
