I hold a Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.), giving me a unique edge in combining exercise science with effective nutrition planning for optimal results.

I’m also a professional bodybuilder and national-level powerlifter, with titles such as Mr. Bangalore, Mr. Karnataka, and Mr. India. These experiences have deepened my understanding of physical transformation, endurance, and mental discipline.
