I ajve always been into one or the other sport since childhood. National level silver in teakwondo, bronze district badminton, bronze interschool (haryana) short put competition. I started weight training post an accident in 2006 and as of 2008, when I started training, I was 106kgs. By 2010 I had reached my first milestone of 80kg and ever since then I've been maintaining around 11% body fat percentage with increasing muscle maturity and strength increment. With a background of Human Genetics (thesis), I have ample knowledge about functioning of human body. I have handled 21 clients till 1st Feb 2020, ranging from age of 19 to 68, of both genders. One of the biggest achievement was helping a female client (28) reduce from 38% body fat percentage (at 89kg) to 21% body fat percentage (at 72kg), within a time period of 14months with remarkable increment in strength (110kg deadlift 3 continuous reps). The oldest client I've handled, aged 68 years, I've managed to assist him in reducing fat levels by 9%, ie from 24% to 15%, with increase in endurance and joint mobility, thereby aiding in completion of his milestone of participanting and completing decathlon 2019. My moto is 'Transformation has no boundaries' and anyone, willing enough can reach his/her desired body and I'm there to assist in any way possible. I specialize in training without weights as well (body weight training) without compromising end results. My services will include training, nutrition, counseling and psychological therapy.
