"The effectiveness and free flow of session nazeer well planned always prior to every session. Very professional yet warm as individual. Many times he adjust the schedule as per my hectic and frantic work schedule. He explains doubt with all care and never impose any strict diet regime. Initially i thought to do 6 days a week with him. With his session it is impossible to go for more than 4 days a week. He could have easily trick me with more money for 6 days but he is true to his job. His sincerity and understanding of indivudual's need i am impressed with. Highly recommending Nazeer. "

"It was quite a good experience my coach didn't force me to follow up with an strict diet, he suggested to have some changes and it was very easy to follow up with that diet. He encouraged me a lot with all my work out. I feel energetic all day. "
