"Iāve been traning with Bhaskar Sir for last 6 months. I had multiple issues related to chronic pain which affected my fitness and confidence, and had tried many other trainers before him. Training with him had been more beneficial than any medical treatment that I had for the chronic pain. I have not only achieved some desired level of fitness and toning, my confidence also has improved significantly. Sir is very knowledgeable about physiology and can offer a lot of variations in case one is not able to perform a particular exercise. He also changes the routine such that it doesnāt get monotonous. He is very patient with his students and doesnāt create unrealistic expectations. His goals are set customised to the ability of the student. "I feel lucky that I got a trainer like him , it did take me couple of years and several trainers before I found Bhaskar da but eventually i got lucky. If u want to get ripped he is the guy . If u have certain injuries/posture problems/ need rehab but want to be fit , healthy and muscular Bhaskar da can get u there . I have hardly seen trainers train with passion and most of them are not really bothered/knowledgeable enough to understand client specific needs . It's not just yoga or strength training or mobility and stretching that Bhaskar da excels in , he is an absolutely amazing dietitian. His diet charts are super effective. I started training under him with a body weight of 80Kgs and body fat percentage of about 28 percent with a posterior pelvic tilt and few other complications. With the diet he gave me and about 15 months of training i was down to 65 kgs and 12 percent body fat with a nice 6 pack abs and a very aesthetic looking appearance. And yes my posterior pelvic tilt had improved significantly too. At no point my diet seemed too difficult. The way it was planned by Bhaskar da made it easier. The strength workout the cardio and diet were all interconnected to provide maximum benefit . You hardly get trainers who will work as hard and be as passionate as u r about urself .Thanks for reading the long review . "
