"I have had Tony as my personal trainer for the last 4 months, it has been a great and wonderful experience so far. Tony clearly understands the customers needs and goals on what is expected out of him. Tony has immense patience to ensure the customer understands on what muscle works with each workout. He combines a mix weight training cardio workout and endurance. I can also highlight he is always positive on the customers achievements.
